A very special project for Phoenix Cranes. This recovery center is dedicated to Bruce Oake who sadly passed away. It will be a safe haven for anyone seeking treatment and recovery from addictions. Phoenix Cranes along with Haywood Concrete have been employed by Bockstael construction for this very important job that we hope will help many Winnipeg residents overcome addiction.
